SunGard has disabled our FlowView portal tool that allowed customers to submit DNS (Domain Name System or Service) changes to existing zones. This functionality was essentially the remaining piece still being utilized within the legacy Portal. This removal of this functionality is required to incorporate a similar , but updated , tool into our latest operational support system (OSS). We anticipate similar functionality to be available on www.mysungard.com in approximately one month's time. In the mean time, DNS changes can be submitted directly to the Integrated Operations Center for change incorporation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to re-introduction of similar functionality in the near future.
